Once the leaves drop, you can see the house across the street. Otherwise, we look pretty alone where we are! The leaves are dropping much faster than I would have imagined. I don't think my sugar maple will be as vibrant red as it usually gets. I will keep you "posted"!
How I envy you, girl! Would you like to switch places with me? We have sand, sand, sand and oh... did I mention .... sand?!!!!

ReplyDeleteA beautiful sight fall. To continued
A lot of the trees around these parts don't seem to be getting coloured up as well. There's quite a few trees now bare of leaves yet the sun is still warm when not behind clouds.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteMiss Neva, I hereby swear. When Portugal invades USA, I'm going directly to your house. Knock at the door and say: "M'am, very sorry, but this here general needs this house" (just kidding, of course).
ReplyDeleteNice view!
ReplyDeleteNice. The fall is beginning in your area? Here a lot of leaves have already fallen.
ReplyDeleteI think you need a before & after picture when the leaves have all fallen off. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, Ms Neva.
ReplyDeleteI had been thinking that it would be nice to be able to keep track of comments and I never could figure out how I am supposed to know when people write something in response to my comments/questions. Then I found this feature, which is actually quite recent. I stumbled across the feature, started using it, and then I came across this page which says that the feature is a recent addition:
