ABC Wednesday K is for
K is for Knots and Keys. This is MC Escher's famous Knots picture. He is more famous for his House of Stairs or The Tower of Babel but I like this one. These are the keys I have to carry around at work everyday....and they were convenient to photograph!
Wow i love ESCHER its a fantastic drawer, we visitd his museum in THE HAGUE and I was in a special room he made with strange looking walls (I can't find the words to explain what I mean)
Psst... today I posted some youth photo's as an ode on "children-bookweek" , so look at little me:)
Nice job, Neva! Neither subject even entered my mind--I love the combination. And did you notice the last name of the man buried in the cemetery's newest grave--Kitson. That gives me chill bumps.
Thanks for coming by my blog. Glad you enjoyed the guys in the kitchen!
I am guessing that you have a deep waist line and wide hips or you wear suspenders. To hold your pants up with a load of keys like that must be a challenge. Nice photo.
I love the knot painting!

ReplyDeleteThose knots are making me think of pretzels. I think I'm hungry.
ReplyDeleteI hope you do come to Boston again. The city has changed a lot, lots of new things to see and enjoy. :)
