This is what you see when you come out of the International Terminal at OHare Airport in Chicago. I was there today and these caught my eye.

  3. I have seen these flags many times when flying in and out of O'Hare. Of all the big cities in the US, Chicago is the one I could see myself living in.

  4. I was just there, too, a few weeks ago. It is a beautiful sight to see! That, and I love the neon lights above the walking belt in the airport! :)

  6. I recognised this instantly - I'm either all jetlagged & tired after a London flight or totally excited to catch my London flight when I'm there!

Neva, you're right - you'll be in Madison for the annual Taste of Madison. It's a scene for sure, food carts set up all around the capitol square, loads of live music, thousands of people slowly eating their way around the square. Great place for people watching & it's nearly always 100 degrees! Where are your friends having their outdoor wedding?

Chris-the wedding is at the Allen Centennial Garden (in the union if it rains) and the reception is at the Memorial Union as well...it is my nephew who is getting married. I hope to take some pictures!
