These are recipes from my good friend Quint from Portugal....see, I can follow directions! It would have only been better if I could share with all of you....but trust me when I tell you that it will be a cold day in July before I "gut" any fish to go with this....I don't care how good it would be!

Glad you liked it... I usualy cut the basil in real small pieces... by the way, that glass had what? Wine? Wich one?
