An Inverness Park
You'll remember that the town I actually live in is only homes....no industry, schools, churches, nothing...but we do have lovely parks....3 of them. This one is usually busy with a few little ones during the day and soccer games in the afternoon. This day it was 96* Fahrenheit and no one was out but me and my dog!

Sounds like an unusual town. It makes me think of one of Georgia's planned cities Peachtree City where everyone rides golf carts.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a beautiful park.
Very nice shot!
ReplyDeleteReally? Just homes? That must be different. I like your parks.
ReplyDeleteIf you happened to visit my blog yesterday on the occasion of our 52nd birthday, I want to thank you for stopping. "Thanks."

Well I'd take parks over some of what we do have...I mean I love Chicago of course, but I get weary sometimes, fighting the traffic, summer time traffic is much worse than regular traffic because of all the festivals.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and leaving the kind comments.
ReplyDeleteHomes and Parks... Looks like Horses and Hounds, Hugh Grant, Notting Hill, Julia Roberts... oh, where am I going to?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend! ;)
Very, very nice scenery...I love the way you capture the road!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
