Two for the price of one
I drive by this everyday on the way to work and I have always wondered why they needed 2 stop signs....it is not a very busy street...but I loved the 2 stop signs between the 2 trees.
c'est une question d'harmonie, deux arbres, deux route, deux panneaux...c'est la ville des jumeaux ;o) is a matter of harmony, two trees, two road, two signs ... that the city twins ;o)
So you also stop twice?
ReplyDelete"Un homme averti en vaut deux"=one well-informed people counts for two (or something like that...)

Perhaps they are to stop the trees!!
ReplyDeletePeter's comment made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteThe Romans could have said bis repetita placent (it's necessary, or good to say things twice, approx) :-))
One for cars and the other for trees? :)
ReplyDeleteAre there two streets both going the same way? I never saw this before so I am stumped.
ReplyDeleteGotta love trees that diligently abide by traffic laws. They look like they're giving each other the "you go first" glance.
