ABC Wednesday Q is for Quentin
I love ABC Wednesday but this "Q" thing was tough!!!! I did Father Louis Querbes last time and it was hard to come up with another "Q" but here is it....."Q" is for Quentin...as in Road or Corners or Office or Complex. This is a road I drive by everyday on my way to work. Try and visit all the ABC participants over at Mrs. Nesbitt's place!

I'm glad you spotted the Q. I'm sure I'll see lots of Q's next week :)
ReplyDeleteOh this is great! You're lucky to live near a Q place! lol
ReplyDeleteThey should give you a commission for advertising on your blog! :-)
ReplyDeleteQ is hard. I'm going to start looking now for the next round.
ReplyDeleteDoes Quentin means road? In what language? Anyway, that's a good shot! :D
ReplyDeleteI thought Quentin was a guy's name. lol Learn something new every day! Good catch!
ReplyDeleteune bonne idée, la lettre 'Q' n'est pas évidente
ReplyDeletea good idea, the letter 'Q' is not obvious
This is great post!
ReplyDeleteGood post. It is hard to find pictures for the letter Q.
ReplyDeleteAnd it is also a name for males?
ReplyDeleteI'll be your secret weapon on the next "Q" post. Just don't tell anyone ;-)
ReplyDeleteQuite nicely captured.
ReplyDeleteQuentin seems to be a Quiet Quarter. (I have now made my daily Quota of Qs!)
ReplyDeleteVery good choicea it's original.
ReplyDeleteVery good and lovely Q. Well done:)
ReplyDeleteWell, you found a Q, good for you. Only 26 more weeks till the next Q, LOL!
ReplyDeleteThis photo challenge seems like fun. I have not yet participated in this one, or there are a couple of others I have seen. You have inspired me to investigate more and get involved with this.
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job of finding that pesky Q.
ReplyDeleteNice post.
Come visit again,
Troy
I know Q was a hard one, but you did good.
ReplyDeleteGood "Q". I thought "Q" was going to be tough but it turned out to be easier than some letters that should be easy.
ReplyDelete"Louis" thought about a nearby "Q" - both similar to and very different from yours. The similar part is the name "Quentin". The very different part is that it is "San Quentin", the infamous prison which is located only a few miles away from Chez la Vache across the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. "Louis" likes your choice better - and he thanks you for visiting San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.
ReplyDeleteI dont think I could do Q. Nice find.
ReplyDeleteI also thought Q was going to be hard, but this is very original,, there really are some good Q posts out there this week..
ReplyDeleteSome letters are always hard, but you can always manage to find one at the last minute.
ReplyDeleteThat's almost my name!
ReplyDeleteYou did it! You find another Q!!!
ReplyDeleteNice choice.
Great choice for Q and quite nicely captured.
ReplyDeleteYou said, this was hard for you - I do all my ABC´s with wordbook :-D It´s easier to find something nice.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting mine - here I am returning the favour!
ReplyDeleteQuality picture and post by the way!
Gary
Original! Really despite what you wrote on another blog this shows the diversity we see each Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteNeva it shows the the ugly face of capitalism, or should we rather say free enterprise :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I was teaching I had a student named Quentin. You don't see it very often. I chose to use nearby Quadra Island for Q. It is a fun vacation destination that you can see by clicking here. – Margy
ReplyDeleteYou're right about this one being tough! You did good though. Out here we have San Quentin!
ReplyDeleteGreat "Q"!
ReplyDeleteAnd I bet you'll smile more, when you go by this sign, on your way to work now. :-) A unique use for a simple sign.

ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by my post...yes, Q week is tough, but fun to see all the Q pics!!!
ReplyDeleteQ was a tough one for me too. but you found one no one else had!
ReplyDeleteWe do have to search for our Qs.
ReplyDeleteQ was difficult for me, I'm glad you found a great one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteQ was not easy, but you got it! Have a nice day!
ReplyDeleteSan Francisco used to have a Supervisor named Quentin. And, of course, there's San Quentin that comes to mind. I guess you didn't have the pleasure of driving by there during your trip to SF.
ReplyDeleteIt may have been tough but yours is original.
ReplyDeleteI hope the rain has cleared, it's beautiful here but May frequently is.
A clever choice !
ReplyDeleteMiss Yves

ReplyDeleteQA good choice especially as it is local to you
ReplyDeleteAh, yes! I remember Quentin Road! I haven't been up that way in ages!
ReplyDeleteSome letters are just harder than others, but heck you managed to come up with a good one!
ReplyDeleteThat is a very good Q ... I bet you didnt even notice that sign til you had to come up with a Q...
ReplyDelete:-Daryl
I missed out on my "Q" post. I was not feeling well yesterday. At least you found and posted a "Q"
ReplyDeleteI had a hard time trying to think of a "Q" too!
ReplyDeleteHi Neva - yes, I found Q tough too! In fact I didn't have a photo for it at all until the day before. Even then I had to resort to the latin name for oak!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting and see you next week!
You're very brave goinf for Skywatch Friday too :) ABC always gets me behind with my visits, comments etc.
