The sun does live here
I grabbed my NEW camera and did a point and shoot when the sun decided to come out for a bit yesterday. Now, if it would just melt some of the snow......
la lumière sur la neige est très belle. Je viens de découvrir ton nouvel APN, j'aime beaucoup. tu vas pouvoir faire encore plus de très belles photos. the light on snow is very nice. I have just discovered your new camera, I like very much. you are going to be able to make some more very nice photographs.
Welcome to Canon Rebel world! I have it too :) Your snow will melt soon , I saw your weather from Internet, we have -14Celsius (6,8 F ) now. Have a nice week!
I have been reading up on your new camera.. you have made an excellent choice Neva... the thing is now practice, practice, practice. I spent a day sorting out the Auto function never mind anything else on mine. Learning a new camera is a great process, frustrating at times and then great joy at others. I'm sure you will be zooming in and out and posting ever more wonderful and creative shots. Just think if the point and shot is this good, what youhave in store will be fantastic.
If you look carefully on your photo, you can see that the snow has melted - just a bit, but rught in the middle of your picture! So, it works!! Take a few more!
Nice pic, and I seen you've bought the best camera. Same as mine :-) I hope you have lots of fun with it.
ReplyDeletePretty the way the light is playing on the snow.

ReplyDeleteI'm surprised your HOT new camera didn't melt the snow! I want one like that.
Pretty shot! And I've been hearing from all my DeKalb friends that winter just won't let go of Illinois this year.

Now that's a great shot of a pure moment of delight that you certainly had seeing sun bursting through all those clouds and snow.
ReplyDeleteI never had any doubt, but now here's another proof that Miss Neva started tamming the "Rebel"!

ReplyDeleteWe were very warm here this morning (March 3) at 4:00 a.m. it was 55 degrees F. All the snow is gone. Rain later.
ReplyDeleteNice photo. The camera is still working.
All this talk of cold and snow - I won't go on about our sunny days. Oh well, spring has arrived for you and you will soon be having sunny days.
