Coffee or Donuts?
This is a "Dunkin' Donuts" near me. I like their coffee. You have to really want coffee or donuts to attempt this parking lot. The store is hemmed in by LOTS of snow plowing. Starbucks is just to the left in this picture but I prefer anything besides Starbucks which I find oily and rancid and bitter....but then, this is only my opinion!

If I saw this snow fall I'd turn around and head back home for a cup of tea.. ha! .. I do like my coffee but I have had to cut down on my intake.. and donuts are out now so I just eat the holes. ;o)
ReplyDeleteIn Canada we have Tim Horton's Donuts and Coffee... beats Starbucks any day!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines to everyone.
Thats a lot of snow!
ReplyDeleteDunkin' Donuts used to be my favourite place. I like almost everything in it. It's ashame there aren't any left in Singapore these days. Not sure what happened.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your opinion on Starbucks. On top of that, they cost more in UK. If I was forced to choose a coffee place, "Nero" will be the one for me.

Je préfère les cookies avec un bon café. Je te souhaite une heureuse Saint Valentin
ReplyDeleteI like cookies with a cup of coffee. I wish you a happy Valentine's Day
It seems like you need a bulldozer to park there. I keep hearing how wonderful the Dunkin Donuts coffee is, but there isn't one close to me.
ReplyDeleteA coffee defintiely tastes better on a sunny terrace (in Paris for example)!
ReplyDeleteNo doubt about that ... coffee, please.
ReplyDeleteTim Horton's is a Canadain coffee that happens to be available in my hometown in West Virginiaso my mom sends me that coffee which is awesome...I have never heard of Nero's but I would be willing to give it a chance...and I LOVED coffee in Paris at the "bistor" when I was there....thanks for reminding me Peter!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on that one. I don't like Starbucks coffee. Haven't found one I like yet. Now and again, I will go in to order something just to find out another kind I don't like. I do like their sweets though. Also, I like the donuts and coffee at Dunkin Donuts.
ReplyDeleteNot a coffee drinker here. BUT I DO love all that snow. Ü
ReplyDeletehi neva, i love that you come right out and say what you think of starbucks (i find their coffee too strong myself and get jittery if i have it but i do really love their chai latte...)
