The Auto Show

I do get out of Inverness! We went to the Auto Show over the weekend which was held at McCormick Place....a huge convention center near Lake Michigan. This is the entrance into the show. I was amazed at the variety of cars and concept(a prototype car?) cars they had. For a girl who only wants to put a key in and turn it on so it will go, this was quite the exhibit. Who knew there were so many cars in the world? Apparently everyone but me!

  1. Is this with it? With the new one?
So you went to see new car for yourself or will it be a present for "hubby"?
Nice way you caught the lights.

  5. Hope you enjoyed the show.
We had a woman at my work today who broke down in the carpark. When some of us went to help I asked here to open the bonnet (hood) but she didn't know how! When I questioned her as to how she couldn't know shoew to do it. She replied "I wouldn't know what to do under there even if I could open it, so I've never bothered to find out!" Is this like you?! lol :)

  6. Isn't McCormick Place huge? I have worked many trade shows and conferences there over the last 10 years. The shows have brought me to a city that I really love.
Thanks for the memories. We have run small shows while the Auto Show was going on...talk about crowds of people.

  7. People still haven't figured out why they buy new cars. They comes up with all kinds of reasons but not the real one.

    You came close.
