A walk to the train

Posted by Picasa

You can ALMOST see the buds on the tree!!! After today(it is supposed to rain and be very warm) I am sure it will be greener! This is on the way to the Palatine Train Station. I take the train (usually) when I go downtown and I love how they make it so quaint!

  1. Hi,
    Saikat from BlogsJam here.

) which can help enhance site interaction and reader's experience. pl contact me at so that i can send you the slideshow widget for your blog.

  2. Yay for spring! Our trees are turning green now too. Trains are a thing of the past here - there is only a tourist one left now.

  3. Greetings from Nashville!
I wanted to let you know I stopped by and have been enjoying your photos!

Please excuse that I'm cutting and pasting this comment, but since my right arm (my writing arm!) is still in a sling, typing is pretty difficult, so I really haven't been able to make comments.

    Have a great weekend!

ps our trees are almost all green now. . . amazing the differences

  4. It looks like a great day for a stroll. Lovely picture.

  5. Looks beautiful!! Are trains making a comeback ... I've noticed people taking them in Kissimmee lately just for sight seeing??

  6. I like the lamps and the sign.. Do you sometimes call into the Starbucks by the clocktower?
This is such a nice view with a lot to look at and notice.

  7. Hi Neva! You probably didn’t notice, but I was absent for a while… ;)) Anyhow, I missed your posts, so I’m trying to catch up what I can!
Loved to see the Spring and Flower series, and you look lovely with your nephews...
Hope you have a great weekend!

  8. Very cute photo. I thought there were passenger trains only in the region of NYC where I'll be a month! The buildings look like ours in Montpellier.

  9. It will be fun seeing Spring in your pretty area! The flowers you posted yesterday were lovely.

I am glad you stopped in!
