A sugar maple



The sugar maple has not turned red....and the rain is falling....bet there won't be any red leaves on this tree this year.

    Nails? Rusty nails?

    The amount of sun, the amount of frost/freezing, and the minerals int he soil. Each contributes to color.

    It's shapely and attractive as is, though! :-D
