ABC Wednesday Pictures

I work in a High School and these pictures were all done by students. They are displayed outside of the library. These are the pictures that were chosen by the Principal of the school as "best in show" from the Fine Arts Spring Show. The principal purchases them and they are forever displayed in the school...hence the name..."Principal's Purchase Award"!

  1. Very beautiful artwork.

Thanks for visiting my NorthBayPhoto blog. I'm glad you could read the "Dead Slow" sign and I think most boaters obey the instruction as well.

  5. There are some very nice pictures there and I am glad your school has a fund to use to make purchases like these. It must be inspirational to the students who create them.

I have been busy lately adding new segments to my website. I just added horses.

What a good idea this wall of art is... such artistic skill on show from all the school to be proud of and for the students to be inspired by.

  13. Heya, those are awesome,
I always struggled in High School... I could only really ever draw stick figers lol... :(
Somehow I still managed to pass with flying colours.

*hehe* do you think I could have the sketch from the bottom left... It would look GREAT in my room *winks*.

    Lol
    Great 'P'

  14. I hope some of those students put a high price on their work.

I once asked an artist how she determined the price for her work. She said that she always put a high price on anything she was unsure she wanted to sell, lower prices on the rest. Funny, huh?
