Dirty snow

 
I stop at these two houses on the way to work thanks to a traffic light! I am constantly watching the snow mounds to see how much they are melting but really , all they get is dirty.......

    c'est triste, la neige est si belle quand elle tombe mais devient trop vite de la gadoue.

    I remember seeing that growing up. The piles would almost turn to ice.

    I think this is the first time I've ever seen dirty snow. I've never really thought about it either. Hee.

    This street is the house beautiful. Environmental clean. Must be comfortable to live in this house.

    That snow is dirty. Ours didn't stick around long enough to collect dirt,lol

    I like how the colors are all white, gray, black -- with a tinge of blue sky. Nicely composed...I had to look for the dirt.
    It would be a kick! (pun intended) to see a photo of the start of Route 66...cool idea.

    Yes I've seen piles of that at the sides of roads here before now - our area hasn't suffered as much as other parts of the UK and when it has been bad I've not been out.

    Dirty or clean; I think your snow would be preferable to the extreme heat we've had for the last week.
