From country to country....the border crossing
We heard such different stories about the border crossing.....this was on our way into Canada and we had no trouble. Even though there are lots of cars, we really didn't sit for very long going into Canada. Coming home on the weekend of the 4th of July....different story...we sat for 2 hours!

ReplyDeleteit recalls some Friday evenings during the summer months.
Two hours is much ... and with the air conditioning running?
ReplyDeleteI didnt think going into Canada was a big deal. I have been to Mexico years ago, it was no fun coming back across.
ReplyDeleteI've been enjoying the Canada trip photos, Neva. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteI do not have patience to wait.
ReplyDeleteAre we going to see some interesting pictures of your trip?
It is worse in airports, isn't it? I prefer not to think of my trip back "home"!
ReplyDeletewe have the advantage in Europe there are no borders, which is very good.
ReplyDeleteNot the best time to head home! Our roads will be like that this weekend as its the start of the school summer holidays :(
ReplyDeleteSame thing happened when I in San Diego for a conference a couple years ago. We took the tour bus to Tijuana, Mexico and going through the border was a breeze.
ReplyDeleteComing back, on the other hand, was a different story!
