This was as we approached the airport. Bayous everywhere. It is quite impressive...it was overcast when we arrived and then we had WONDERFUL weather!

ReplyDeleteThere are many Cajuns in Louisiana, and people tend to look upon Cajuns as being backward and unsophisticated. However, any people that can build a city ten feet below sea level in a hurricane zone and fill it with Democrats are a bunch of day-umed geniuses!
ReplyDeleteHi Neva! I remember seeing this under a thunderstorm in 1982, 15 days after the crash of the PanAm plane... Scary!! Now it looks more serene, but the clouds are always there...
