We were out at a restaurant and this picture caught my eye....Can you see the neon restroom light in the background?

ABC Wednesday B is for Brandt's Little Cafe

Brandt's, a gray stone building, has become a suburban landmark. It dates back more than 120 years and originally was a farmhouse in Inverness, according to our local newspaper, The Daily Herald. It is really an old, dark bar that does not use traditional menus....they write it on a chalkboard...but has the BEST burgers and ribs, in my opinion.

Power lines

Many places have power lines that are under ground. These are obviously not underground.

On the street where I live

This is what my street in front of my house looked like this morning.....Shades of grey.

Bird's nest

I thought there were just a bunch of leaves left in this tree after all the wind and snow we've had, I found that to be remarkable. On closer inspection, it appears to be a bird's nest.

An Old House

I pass this house on my way to work everyday....it is considered a historical landmark as it was built in 1875 or somewhere near there....
