A Destination Store

 
This is a new store that recently opened near Inverness. I had to go here to return a Christmas gift that did not fit and -wow- such a store....This is the front and I will show a few more over the next day or so...I found the inside unbelievable!

A Ghost?

 

ok ok ...not the best picture but remember I am practicing my night shots! We were snow blowing the other evening when we had 5.2 inches of snow and I thought I would try it again.....Doesn't it look like a ghost snow blowing?

It snowed here yesterday --a whopping 5.2 inches. Clancy loves it....his kind of weather!

Midnight Mass in Inverness

 
Technically, this is in Palatine...St. Theresa Catholic Church....but this is where we attend church....Mood lighting for Midnight Mass....and I can't believe my husband stood next to me and didn't flip out that I was taking pictures in the church!!

ABC Wednesday W is for Woodfield Mall

 
I was having a hard time with "W"..you'd think it would not be so difficult! On my way home from the airport this morning, I drove by Woodfield Mall....so "W" didn't turn out to be so hard after all....but even at 6:20 AM this morning, the stores were open and getting ready for one of the biggest shopping days this year with all the Christmas returns. I am not, nor will I ever be, an after Thanksgiving or Christmas Day shopper. I need NOTHING that badly! Make sure you visit all the ABC participants listed in my side bar!
