It's Memorial Day today...the day we honor all the Veterans of Wars. We purchased a new flag as our other one was faded and frayed....and I will taking it to the VFW vets who have a program for disposing of old flags. Hope you all had a nice weekend...We had lovely weather for our Memorial Day picnic today!

ReplyDeleteI think a lot of American people paid homage to the soldiers who died during the wars yesterday. They are more respectful than we are here... I have two American flags in my living room.

I really enjoyed reading and seeing all the Memorial Day posts, ours is in November and is not as good as yours. I like how houses get all the flags out and banners.
